Interim Group CFO — a Vision 2030 mega-project

Public Investment Fund (PIF)

As Advisor to the CEO and interim Group CFO, stood up the finance function for a newly-formed Public Investment Fund company mandated to develop modern downtown destinations across 12 Saudi cities — a multi-billion-riyal Vision 2030 programme spanning more than 10 million square metres. Established public-company policies and procedures, funding and banking strategy and core systems, and led recruitment of the permanent CFO and finance team.

Entertainment & Experiences Group — market entry

with Imagination (UK)

Built the financial model — integrated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and IRR — underpinning the business plan and organisational model for the holding group's new entertainment and experiences group. The strategy spanned themed attractions, location-based experiences, venues, entertainment IP and themed hospitality.

Al Uqair Site Activation — strategic review & model

with Imagination (UK)

Led the financial modelling and contributed to the strategic review for the site activation of a Saudi coastal tourism destination — capex and opex planning, phased operating models across residential, hospitality and entertainment asset classes, and launch and funding strategy.
