About

Crosspoint is the advisory practice of Mika Toivola: a career Group CFO with more than 25 years in corporate finance, and 15 of them at the centre of the Middle East's real estate and capital markets.

Mika has served as Group CFO at market-leading real estate and construction companies across the GCC and Europe (Dar Al Arkan and Al Arrab in Saudi Arabia, Azizi in Dubai, and Skanska in Finland) and as advisor and interim CFO to a Public Investment Fund portfolio company.

That work spans the full capital-markets toolkit: international sukuk (bond) issuances, credit ratings across all four major agencies, IPO-readiness and REIT structuring, and investor-relations programmes taken to investors from the Gulf to New York, London and Asia.

Today he combines that advisory practice with life as a founder, building and backing ventures in deep-tech and entertainment. It is a rare vantage point: an advisor who also sits in the founder's chair, and a CFO who understands both the institution and the start-up.
